Description[?]:

In response to the request made by the parliamentary group Rexist Party, in relation to the request for disqualification for the extra-parliamentary party Factio Aurorianus, in consequence to the accusation leveled against them for an alleged crime of incitement to hatred through religion, this Court states that:

No possible disqualification shall be applied to Factio Aurorianus, lacking parliamentary representation, not having incited violent acts, and protected by the right to freedom of expression. At the moment that Factio Aurorianus gets parliamentary representation and therefore, representation of the people of Selucia, this decision is subject to changes.

MessageThe Rexists want to push through a change? Why, I ask? So they can bully more parties with no seats in the future? Such an outrage when those with power wield it to undermine the democratic well and parties must resort to the courts to maintain their freedom of speech-- a right so fundamental that a republic needs it to survive.

I pray that the court holds fast in the upholding of fundamental rights and acts as a bulwark against those who seek to erode them.

MessageSo sad when parties who present an active threat to the Republic act like they're the ones who are persecuted when they are suppressed. You speak of fundamental rights, yet seek to undermine freedom of religion. You act like you are all for free speech, yet you want to prosecute people for blasphemy against your religion? You are nothing but a hypocrite. Now if you excuse me, Father, the adults here need to work.

MessageThe decision of the Iudicium Maximum stays the same: at this moment the party Factio Aurorianus has not done any illegal attempt against the nation or its citizens. When it is done, the Rexist Party will be able to submit another petition.
