Message | Mr Speaker, We reached a consensus on taking this forward some months ago. Since then we have held constructive talks with Istalia and other members of the Alliance demonstrating the trade and security benefits of this link up. I would, therefore, encourage the Grand Council to ratify this treaty. I will open this up to debate for a little while to see if anyone has anything further to add before moving it to vote.
