| This bill seeks to deregulate the software industry so that our software industry may grow. Article 1) All closed source software must be submitted to the the patent office for review. Article 2) Closed source software will be checked for patent infringement and malicious code. Article 3) A closed source patent will be good for ten years and can be renewed three times. |
