| Message | If this law is approved, the Parliament (seat of the popular sovereignty of the Free State of Malivia) will permanently undertake to include the right to self-determination of Bhulkhandra and of any territory of Malivia in the form of a republic or Independent Democratic State. Likewise, the Free State of Malivia commits itself to defend in all Terra this right (the right of free secession of any territory of Terra).
