| Mss. President, We have agreed as a Coalition to take decisive steps against smoking. We will continue to allow citizens of Gaduridos to smoke, since it’s not our intention to curtail personal freedoms and choices. We do however want to protect the health of our citizens. Therefore, we propose this Smoking Regulation Bill, which results in a ban on smoking in most public spaces. Kind regards, Leyla Newton Minister of Interior Affairs |

Old value:: Smoking regulations are to be determined by local governments.
Current: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in all places of employment.
Proposed: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.
