Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| This is our infrastructure and development plan that we campaigned on, it includes the creation of thousands of government owned and partially owned companies that will enable the creation of enough jobs for all Beluzians. Finally ending our chronic unemployment problem. This includes an increase on spending across the board, and a restructuring of the functions of the Head of Government Budget. Which will also observe social programs being created. And contracts and grants and affordable loans for the common Beluzian and for Beluzian companies. We have concluded multiple studies with the help of Likatonian Experts that show that this increase will eventually pay back through more revenue generated from such companies. And it will positively impact the quality of life for Beluzians. We contemplated cutting taxes too, but it would have blown the deficit. The budget deficit will not exceed 20%. And we already got multiple assurances of low interest rates from Beluzian and Likatonian financial institutions and banks that are willing to loan money for this project while debt is to be taken. |
