Message | Now, the aforementioned proposals are simply for the regulation and protection of the environment within Trigunia and do not require much Government intervention therefore, it is the best possible solution to any environmental problems that may arise. |

Message | I like the environment and all, but I am not sure if these things are really necessary. For one, I have no idea what domesticated means, but I will see if I can look it up in a dictionary later. PS I am not sure by what means the government encourages replantation of trees, but if it stops at NOT PAYING people for it, and instead saying things like "doing that is a good thing", I see no reason to say no to article 4. |

Message | I just wanted to say that I found a definition for "domesticated" on google. So now I know what it is. |

Message | "Now, the aforementioned proposals are simply for the regulation and protection of the environment within Trigunia and do not require much Government intervention" If you want a pet cat, or gerbil, or goldfish, you have to get the government's permission. That's not much government intervention at all... |

Message | It's not about government permission, jeez, it's about keeping records of domesticated animals moreso anything above cat, dog, horse, cow whatever large animal so that we can enforce the owners responsibility to those animals and therefore fine them if the law is broken, for example, a dog attacks another person, who are we to blame if there is no record of the owner? |

Message | Nah, you can just sue the owner of the animal who attacks you. Unless you're dead, but that would solve all your problems, wouldn't it? |

Message | if you honestly think that a compulsory registration system will never be used to prevent someone from owning a pet, then you are naive. this is so the central planner can 'manage' who has what pets and how many [for the sake of social 'cohesion', of course]. this is so that even once the state has condescended to let you have a particular pet, they can know who you are, where you are and any other information they make you put in the form so that they have the power to deal with you as they see fit [for the good of the people as a whole, of course] when they feel like it. perhaps you yourself do not want to control people, to make them act in accordance with your arbitrary view of the ideal state of 'social cohesion', although your desire to enforce behaviour, and ensure you have the power to assign blame as and when you think it is necessary suggests otherwise. but even if you do not want to control people, you surely must realise that the sort of people who will be attracted to the sorts of jobs where they have the power to enforce and blame will be precisely the sort of people who most want to use that power. i don't like the idea of dogs attacking me, but i think i have a much better chance against the dog than i do against the state. |
