Description[?]:
Dear Cabinet and Leader of the Noble Katsurin Front, We have recently been messaged by the prime minister in Kazulia to look into sanctions Their country will be reviewing them and we believe we should as well. We have had hostile relations for a while with them now and we should look at improving them as it could also improve our economy We would like the suggest we hold discussions with them over a new treaty promising a disarmed zone along the border for the first 15 years to keep security if something was to go wrong This will be voted upon after a discussion and if it passes a review will be launched in 4405 alongside when Kazulia launch theirs Melanie Park Conservative party Leader |

Message | Honourable Yeonguijeong, We received the same message as well. While we support rapprochement, we are suspicious if there is an ulterior motive behind this action by Kazulia. Let's be honest, Kazulia IS the country that attacked us. We need to find out if this action by Kazulia is genuine rapprochement, or another subterfuge operation by them. The DMZ area is a good idea. We would like to know where the meeting with Kazulian officials would take place at? We'd be wary of meeting with them on one of their allies soil as it's a good place to assassinate our leaders. Some kind of neutral ground is best we think. I Yield the floor. Yeo Jae-Gon Minister of Interior Head of Nine Tail Agency |

Message | Honourable Yeonguijeong, I happen to agree with the Interior Minister. I fought their invasion back in 4370s and a member of their Royal family still claims what they call "Sorvestland"(Eljang and Reunni) as part of her title as shown here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=570784 Messages from the enemy should always be treated with great caution. When they seem particularly concerned to flatter you, this may be a ploy. It may also be a conciliatory approach. Understand the bigger situation. When you are clearly dominant, messengers are more likely to seek peace. When the enemy's envoy's speak in humble terms, but continues their preparations, they will advance. When their language is deceptive but the enemy pretentiously advances, they will retreat. When the envoys speak in apologetic terms, they wish for a respite. When without a previous understanding the enemy asks for a truce, the enemy is plotting. When the enemy sees an advantage but does not advance to seize it, they are fatigued. My recommendation is get to know the enemy, judge their character, and be apprehensive. They are probably plotting something. I yield General Wu Longzi "the Dragonmaster" Minister of Defense |

Message | Honorable Yeonguijeong, The NKF is fairly divided on this issue. Many of our members believe the Kazulians are planning against us while ensuring we cannot attack them. This sentiment is strengthened by Kazulia's recent interactions with Deltaria. A proxy war is their biggest concern. On the other hand, several other members are cautiously optimistic and believe that the DMZ is a small, safe step in the right direction if Kazulia truly wants to improve relations. This could be a way to safeguard Dankuk against Kazulian military action, which we would struggle to withstand. As a whole, the NKF is supportive of negotiations in a neutral setting and the creation of a DMZ. I yield the floor. Katsura Soseki Leader of the Katsurans |

Message | Dear Honourable Prime Minister, After dealing with Kazulia in the past I have to agree with the others and call for us to take weary steps in dealing with them. Kazulia may be doing this to attack us so I suggest that we launch an investigation into the Kazulia. Government and parties so we can find out the truth and their real intentions. If they prove to be doing it for the best intentions of each other, then we should investigate the sanctions and create the dmz to keep security if something bad was to happen I yield Nathan Wilson Minister of Foreign Affairs |

Message | Dear Cabinet and NFK, After brewing from you all I have decided on a plan that will be voted on after a discussion. Following ministers recommendation we will hold an investigation into Kazulia and their government to ensure we can trust them and this will happen alongside an investigation into sanctions. We will then hear the results of both before voting on whether a new treaty and meeting should be made. The minister of defence has had experience with Kazulia so will carry out the investigation into the kazulian government and Kazulia whilst the minister of foreign affairs will launch an investigation into sanctions Melanie Park Prime Minister |
