Bill: Child Labour Act.

Details

Submitted by[?]: One Nation

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 4404

Description[?]:

This law is unnecessary. The children who are skipping school are unlikely to be those who would pay attention in class anyway, and they are contributing to the economy by working instead. Also we are running the risk of criminalizing small businessmen who may not know the age of the people they employ on a casual basis.

Kingsley Heckler
Minister for Trade and Industry

Random fact: Voters have an extra appreciation for bills that actually get passed, so if you want to maximally take profit from your votes, make sure you compromise with others.
