Sorry that we forgot them earlier We would like to present the following case for selective classes in schools: -Some children have special needs and cannot simply be around in the ordinary classroom all day -Very bright students need to be allowed to utilize their full potential, and if they want to learn at a faster rate than other students, who are we to deny them that? -We are not privatizing anything, so please do not take this as an attempt to make private schools or the like |

| Message | The current policy does not prohibit schools from creating special curriculum and class for special needs or exceptional students. And the proposed policy has the potential for even public schools to deny admittance to certain students if they so choose. An education is a right of all Kundrati citizens and nothing so hinder that right. Unfortunately, we must disagree with our partners in government and oppose this measure. |
