| Bea Marchin, Minister of Health and Social Services, Mr.Speaker, The current law has a great legislative void in this matter, so I propose to make a clear law, finally, in this matter. Our proposal will make cannabis use legal while all other types of drugs will be banned. We believe that with this proposal the law for citizens will be clearer. |
