Message | The REP agrees with the second article of this bill, but is skeptical about Article 1. We find that international aid for vulnerable nations should in no way be tied to trading rights. However, our support for Article 2 trumps our skepticism regarding Article 1, therefore we will vote in favor of this bill. |
