Not launch any sanctions against Tukarali if their territorial integrity isn't threatened by them; 6. Not impose any tariffs and quotas on imports from Tukarali; 9. Provide aid to Tukarali when it's in need of it. 2. Respect the sovereignity of all nations ratifying this treaty; 3. Not get involved in any war, either directly or indirectly, against any of the countries ratifying this treaty; 4. Not launch any sanctions against the ratifying countries if they don't threaten its territorial integrity; 5. Not impose any tariffs and quotas on imports from the ratifying countries; 6.
