| The New Economic Plan for National Reconstruction and Collectivization seeks to collectivize the means of production, nationalize the financial sector and retrieve strategic industries in order to recover our previous socialist economy. The government must recover strategic companies since they were unfairly sold by the previous terms of office, involving exorbitant losses to the State. This bill guarantees a small compensation to the previous owners of those companies. Hermann Schulz.
