| Message | THE NOMARCH (Levontay Ellis) People of Benna and Members of the Benna Legislature: I had hoped my first address to you would be about the People's business: things like education and roads, work and welfare, labor and leisure. But instead I must come before you to discuss law and order, crime and punishment. In the Aqqak City, the Federal Government has allowed a bunch of vigilantes to comandeer the Federal Legislature without nary a peep from Federal officials. A known and notorious criminal and suspected terrorist ringleader named Jami unleashed a horde of wild animals in the halls of the Federal Legislature and even allowed them to defile the sacred Nošep Throne. And no officials have intervened to shield the King's Throne and restore security and order in our most critical city. Imagine! Criminals and terrorist and menageries run amok in a global center of commerce and finance and not a peep from the Presiding Officer, the President's Ministers, or the police. Well not here! NOT in Benna! I must with sadness and outrage in my heart inform you that I have order the Benna Chief of Police to begin immediately locating and detaining any and every member of the terrorist IKRADON Movement in Benna. Police investigators have already informed me that Jami has organized a cell of as many as 300 followers in Benna, all of them from the Ikradonian Nomad Tribes. I promise you IKRADON: we will hunt and we will find you and we will bring you to a swift and merciless justice. Not for Benna the doddering indecisiveness of the Federal officials. In Benna peace and order will be maintained and the law will be respected! |
