| This Bill proposed by Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Alexandra Ricci, would merge the existing 5 regional power grid operators into GaduGrid plc, an independent government owned company that would own and operate the newly merged federal Gaduridan power grid. This would not only save the taxpayer money due to a central grid operator obviously requiring less resources than 5 regional ones, it would also ensure that every Gaduridan citizen has an equal experience with electricity so that for example, a citizen of South Vintalli wouldn't have more power outages than a citizen of Pernessia, just because South Vintalli finances its regional electricity operator less than Pernessia. |
