| Mr Speaker, Given the escalating situation in Jelbania, the possibility of conventional warfare with another major state or states is drawing closer. We cannot back down as we represent the rights of the indigenous Jelbek population there against the totalitarian occupiers of the south of the country. We therefore propose to put our nation in a position where it is ready and able to deal with a protracted war both on the battle front and domestically.
