| In this bill we want to return the monarchy to this nation. The structure of the country will be as followed. All regions will from the passing of this bill be formed into Duchy's with a hereditary Duke as their symbol and a elected Prime Minister as their day to day leader. Upon passing of this bill the nation shall be renamed to "Federal Kingdom of Cildania" The king shall be Aiden I of the House of Lavièra The king will be a symbolic figure and shall be the face of our foreign policy while having as one of his only powers the right to meet with the Duke's to discuss regional issues and to (in times of great emergency) fire cabinet but NOT to dismantle parliament. The regions will hold significant power and can determine on many regional issues themselves through the elected PM. The Duke's of the Duchy's will have the same power as the federal King or queen and will be the face of their region as well as having the ability to fire the regional cabinet in times of emergency. There will be a elected position of Hand of the King. This person will get elected every 4 years and will help the king during his daily routines. The Hand of the King holds significant importance as he or she will help the king during state visits and can advice the king on possible firing of the cabinet. The Hand of the King is also the official spokesperson for the throne. The Hand of the King also has the power to grant titles of nobility in the name of the king or queen If this bill passes the names of the regions will change to the following: Akinawa to Barbaro Jilrit to Alagona Aqildar to Vizzari Hebilon (Remains the same) Gilzon (Remains the same) OOC: I think this system will bring a lot of RP potential to the nation and cool aspects. Our sources have informed us that Loyalist forces are set to arm themselves either way this legislation is voted on. I would urge that members to be careful not to aggravate and that the head of government seek to meet with Loyalist leadership figures to ensure that violence does not break out. |

| Message | I want a democracy-monarchy hybrid. The King is elected and acts like a President/Prine Minister but has more power overall. The Parliament is a house of legislature. Nobility is very weak and nearly ceremonial only. |
