| We proposing cutting the budget of defense, which saw a dramatic increase of 750 Rubles a year for the last two years aimed at procurement of weapons yield 1.5 trillion KRB, 1.3 trillion of which will not be spent. The spending side therefore will be significantly lowered as well. We have proposed a decrease of the increase, from 750 Billion for procurement a year down to 350 Billion for procurement, with cuts coming in the future once procurement is completed. All other budget items remain the same for the time being. Once the crisis is completed, we will re-evaluation our budget needs. |
