| Message | Uniform teaching doesn't work, let's provide schools the right to draft their own curriculum. Schools know the best what their students need and want to learn and what capabilities they need to have. This policy won't only give more power to schools but also to teachers and students. They may start having a role in choosing what should be teached and how classes and school in general should be. This is how we make them happier, this is how we make them value more school, this is how we make a better use of both the students and the teachers abilities.
