|Message||This act would be a violation of the fundamental human rights of our nations female citizens, because of this the SDPB rejects it in the strongest possible terms and will be voting no. At this time the SDPB would also like to take this opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to the protection the civil, political, economic, and perhaps most importantly the human rights of all our nations citizens, regardless of their gender, sex, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, and religious beliefs or lack thereof.|

|Message||In addition of what our fellow SDPB members have stated, we believe this bill is also a direct attack to our Public Health System from the Republic Party. |
Our Healthcare system must not discriminate Baltusians on anyway. And we believe this bill allows discrimination based on gender. We also oppose this bill.
