Minor parties over 50 seats but under 100 should be entitled to 1 seat on cabinet with the remaining 9 seats being split between the 2 majority party’s at a 5/4 split with the majority party receiving 5 |

| Message | I am aware of this but do take into account that the current cabinet has been around for years and rarely prosues much in the way of anything. Stagnation has set in and if maintained this dream we dreamt into reality will die. A little flexibility wouldn't hurt. |

In the current cabinet, we have both; in the other recent cabinet proposal http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=572786 at least we kept one of the two.
