We will abstain for voting. Whilst we agree that animals should not be tested on, it can be very accurate to perform some minimalistic tests on them

Our party is incredibly divided and skeptical on this matter so we will abstain to keep order within the party

I'm afraid we can not support article 2 of this bill as it limits the ability of us to conduct even social behavioral studies, it's too broad and can be applied to anything. We might be willing to support Article 1 though.
