MessageThe current rates of tax for Corporation Tax, Essential Goods Tax and Luxury Goods Tax are all at a 50% rate. These rates are very high. The Corporation Tax rate is the 4th highest in the world (24 nations have a 0% rate), Essential Goods is the highest and the Luxury Goods is joint highest (with five other nations). We should be looking to stimulate domestic consumption and encourage business to locate and grow in Telamon.

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.
