MessageMr. Speaker,

Why limit local governments' ability to establish their own hiring practices? Furthermore, if Sutton wants to institute an Affirmative Action policy for its universities, what right does the Bekenial have to stop it?

This bill would devolve Affirmative Action policy to the provinces. I hope the government will support this policy.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Am I hearing this correctly? What right does Bekenial have to prevent institutionalized racism? I am shocked that this has even presented to vote. We must not allow racism of any kind to creep into our institutions, we should never hire people based upon anything other than merit.
