| Raza Ahmed, PND We believe that the state is not obliged to perform the bureaucratic procedure of changing legal gender identity only because some members of society feel that they are in "wrong bodies". Usually, this condition should be medically treated not endorsed. Hence, the legal gender identity should be the Sex assigned at birth. That should be forever. Changing as one pleases, maybe even in order to avoid serving in the military or other purposes, should not be endorsed by the state. |
