| Message | That's not true at all. We can call early elections any time we like. It has got nothing to do with mods. Our quorum rules prevent an underrepresented congress as has happened in the past. Nothing in there says early elections are eliminated. Liberty certainly didn't intend or envisage that when we created the bill. |
