| Upon the passage of this bill Hutori will order 12 new Liberty-Class Destroyers to replace our 12 aging Mashacara-Class Destroyers. Our Mashacara-Class Destroyers will be sold to Klavia as they are replaced. Prosperity Ironworks will receive the contract for the new Liberty-Class Destroyers. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, It was not put up to bid because Prosperity Ironworks is the manufacturer of the Liberty-Class Destroyers.
