| BE IT ENACTED by His Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty, Otto IV, Kaiser of Hulstria, Prince of Gao-Soto etc. etc., by and with the advice and consent of the Imperial Diet assembled at Kien in the year 4415, having heard the Council of the Lands, gathered with the Mayor of the City of Kien, in the presence of His Imperial and Heavenly Majesty, Yoshinaga, Mikado of Gao-Soto, Archduke of Hulstria, etc. etc., and with all the above as its witness: THAT from this day forward and under the Great Seal Imperial of Hulstria and the Privy Seal of the aforesaid Kaiser Otto IV, of His Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty's free will, motion and initiative, His Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty has abdicated the Imperial Throne of Hulstria and all constitutional duties, rights and privileges belonging thereto; AND THAT, by this abdication, in accordance with the Constitution and the Writ on the Line of Succession, the Crown is rightfully come to his eldest son and our sovereign Lord, His Imperial Highness the Archduke FRIEDRICH, who we, the Imperial Diet and Länderrat of Hulstria and Gao-Soto, in this Imperial Assembly at Kien assembled, with the Lords of the Imperial Court of Hulstria, with the Bürgermeister, Schöffen and Freemen of the City of Kien, with the Crownland Diets of Hulstria, Budenlar and Kuratha, and with the Archbishop of Kien on behalf of the General Synod of the Luthoran Church, with His Imperial and Heavenly Majesty Kurosawa Morihito, Mikado of Gao-Soto, do now proclaim, by the Grace of God Almighty, to be our sovereign Kaiser, His Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty, FRIEDRICH II von Rothingren-Traugott-Okatori, by the Grace of God, Emperor of Hulstria, Prince of Gao-Soto, King of Budenlar; Grand Duke of Hilgar and Kuratha, Duke of Mitrania, Elector of Tinako; Prince-Royal of Alduria; Prince-Royal of Luthori; Count-Palatine of Phönix and Flieder; Duke of Marchau, Straussia, and Traugott; Grand Duke of Malchik, Tirvoslavl, & Stary Kautsky; Grand Prince of Vorm; Margrave of New Yodukan, New Luthor, and New Liore; Grand Duke of Belgae; Princely Count of Rothingren, Graaffsberg, and Veilchen; Prince of Hennersdam and Korriel; THAT, in gratitude for the service rendered to the United Imperial Crownlands by our former Kaiser Otto IV, we decree and order that His Imperial Majesty shall be supplied with a pension by the government, and be entitled to style himself HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY KAISER OTTO IV OF HULSTRIA. WHEREFORE NOW we beseech Almighty God, by whom all Emperors and Empresses reign, to grant His Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty long and happy years to reign over us.
