The huge cut on internal affairs in completely unacceptable. A smaller cut would be acceptable but not that much

I think a better budget would be to cut piecemeal from various ministries to fund the desired ministries. Rather than cut 100 billion from one ministry angering everyone who works there. I would like to know what this funding is for?
