Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 4417
Description[?]:
Camilla Bontempi, Whip of AR: "Mr Speaker, to strike is a right, menacing an employee with the fear of the firing is an abuse. Simple! It is not a competition between two parts with the same rights to be boasted. To strike is a right and the employers must respect this right because they have any right to oppose to this. A right is never questionable, the loose of revenue... well... probably if the employer had well treated the employees he would never experienced any loose. The decrease of revenue is not a justification to menace the employees against their right to strike. A right has not a monetary evaluation and cannot be exchanged with any sort of monetary value. It is a fact, not an opinion." |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
