Bill: P.d.l. 02/4417: Pension System Change
Details
Submitted by[?]: Fronte Democratico - P.L.
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 4418
Description[?]:
Bea Marchin, Minister of Health and Social Services: We propose to make the perception of public pensions mandatory, but leave the choice to renounce the public pension freely and instead receive a private pension. We want to make the public pension obligatory because in our country, many elderly people living in isolated areas are not aware of the possibility of receiving a public pension and therefore we think of simplifying the life of these elderly but at the same time leaving free choice of perception of a private pension. |
