MessageMr Speaker,

I would like to echo the comments made by the Leader of the Royalist Liberal Party. What an incredible day. This Diet has achieved history today. Shame on those who have voted for discrimination today. I have a simple proposition to them if they oppose Gay Marriage personally. If you don't like gay marriage, don't get gay married. Thank you Mr Speaker.

Its been a long time coming. But on this day in this Diet in this vote we have made history. Love is love not matter the gender, and anyone who is a fit parent ought to be able to adopt an orphan. Our long liberal fight ends in victory.

Minister of Foreign Affairs

MessageMr. Speaker,

I too echo the comments made by the RLP and the TUSC. This is a victory for the LGBT community, and I am proud to support this bill. Now, we must work on transgender rights.

Leader of the Labour Party
