Given that Telamese citizens can already get a passport and (presumably) get a driving license we query the requirement to have identity cards. Therefore we propose there abolition and the money be reassigned elsewhere. |

Message | We agree that issuing identity cards to everyone is unnecessary. However offering them to those who want them - for a small processing fee - would be helpful.
