Mr.Speaker, As we all Know,A Civil War is currently raging in Vanakalam between the Democratic Forces and the Communists. This Fighting has left thousands of people without access to the most basic necessities such as Food and Medicines and that is why our nation has decided to deliver humanitarian aid to the Nation. We also intend to Accept 5,000 Refugees from the Country. They will be allowed to Enter Luthori only after a careful vetting process so as to ensure that people with clean records enter our country.Once they arrive in Luthori,They will be distributed in different parts of the country and will be provided with Training in Luthorian(for those who lack basic knowledge of the language) This Civil War has affected the lives of many people and Luthori should step up as a First World Nation to help those fleeing war and other horrible circumstances in their homeland. The Refugees will be expected to Find a Job Within One year of their Arrival in the Empire and a Basic Test on Luthorian shall also be Conducted upon clearing which the Refugees will be eligible to receive Luthorian Citizenship.
