| We have tried numerous times to successfully ratify the treaty but legislative deadlock has struck it down each time. The SdPR hopes this is the final time that we shall have to do this. OOC: Honestly I hope to God this is the last time I have to do this. I justified that Valruzia engaged in successful NC membership talks by way of a forum post several in-game years ago. But inactive players have prevented it’s passing each time. I hope now, that we have moderately active parties, ratification can be achieved. |
