Bill: Elimination of Forced ID Bill of -2199-
Details
Submitted by[?]: Liberal-Progressive Union
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2199
Description[?]:
This eliminates the mandatory possession of ID badges. It should be left for the individual to decide if they need or want to carry their own ID. Mandatory possession is a gross violation of basic human rights, and a system of voluntary ID possesion is much more civil and more in touch with our basic freedoms. |
Proposals

Old value:: All citizens are issued with identity cards and are required to carry them at all times.
Current: All citizens are issued with identity cards but are not required to carry them.
