1. By passage of this act all costs of children of Solentian parents shall be paid by the state. This shall happen through tax deductions and/or comprehensive child support. 1.1 Parents will have to provide proof of these expenditures. 2. Every child has the right of a place in a daycare center after the age of 7 months. This is normal law and can be abolished with a simple majority. |
