The Allthing hereby establishes the Telamon Society of Applied Science (TSAS). The TSAS is an independent scientific research organization dedicated to research in applied science. While receiving some government funding the TSAS is expected to fund itself through licencing fees for technologies developed by the TSAS and through cooperation with private companies. The TSAS operates research institutes. Each TRS research institute is dedicated to a specific field constituting national focal points for research. The TSAS publishes quarterly reports on TSAS research. |
