| Seeing as though Valruzia is now a member of the Northern Council, we must do our part and seeing as though the SdPR has gained the office of Minister of Defense, we have decided to set in motion a revitalization project of the Valruzian navy as well as the army. As such, we introduce military reforms that require a term in military service as well as introducing a 6% luxury tax raise, to compensate for the project. |
