| Bella Azurri, PND Whip, Hon Delegates, We propose to devolve the decision of capital punishment to local authorities. This will allow the slow implementation of capital punishment in the regions, and if it does not work, then the local government will be voted out. However, if at a regional level the capital punishment is successful in first and foremost reducing crime rates, then we can implement it nationwide. Please refrain from insults, as we do not expect to see many supporters on this matter anyway. However, our party always stood on the side of justice. Thank you. |
