In order to strengthen our armed forces’ capabilities, we propose the following: Article 5: The military must upgrade their weaponry and training to the most up-to-date versions once every ten years, to be initiated on January 4425. The arms are then permitted to be sold to either foreign nations or the population, with the latter depending on local statutes related to firearms ownership. |
