| The recent increase in hostility in both the world and the continent has made it prudent that the B.C.U. begin expanding it's military. This shall be done by doubling the yearly Defence budget and by using the built up surplus of the past 6 fiscal years, roughly 526,480,359,402 BAR. These funds shall be used to attract up to 200,000 volunteer soldiers and increase the quality of military training regimens, to complete the research and development of new tanks, guns, airplanes of various types and explosive devices. |
