Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2199
Description[?]:
This bill ends the governments the role in nuclear power and allows for the energy industry to decide the best energy source rather than the government requirement that most energy must be nuclear generated. While nuclear energy may be feasible in certain situations, it can also be a poor choice in another siutation. The energy companies can decide what source of energy will be produced based on factors (cost, location, maintenance, safety, etc.). that allows for a more accurate determination than the government is able to make. |
