Mr.Speaker, We here in the Conservative Party Deeply Care about the Environment and we believe that Dorvik should be at the Forefront of Addressing Climate Change by setting a Positive Example to the Rest of the World,But,we also believe that this must not be done at the expense of the Freedom of Dorvikians. Therefore,We Propose that the Current Policy with Regards to Usage of Cars be amended so as to provide people with the choice to buy cars of their choice,However the Government Shall Encourage the Purchase of Cars Using Eco-Friendly fuels by means of Tax Credits. I hope that all parties will be able to support this proposal. Anna Schmidt, Conservative Party Leader and Justice Minister |

Message | This is just a ridiculous proposal. The elimination of non-environmentally-friendly cars is the ultimate objective, and we have made the transition fully and properly. There are no benefits to returning to the kinds of fuels which destroy the environment. Those kinds of fuels were only allowed as we made the transition because they were cheaper and more efficient, in the modern era - the one we live in - we have efficient and cost-effective environmentally-friendly cars and it has massively reduced carbon emissions. Why would we willingly add to pollution? This is not a case of freedom. People have the freedom to travel in an extremely wide market of cars. Freedom is the ability to do non-harmful things without being impugned by the government. Freedom is not the ability to choose to fuck over the planet and the animals in the course of doings things. All this does is choke animals and melt the icecaps, nobody is gaining anything from this but car company CEOs. You should have the freedom to move, not the freedom to move while simultaneously killing animals. Anouk Reding UMR |
