| Message | Mr. Speaker The entire point of exempting Conscientious objectors from combatant roles is to avoid them from being forced to fight in a war. But they can still serve as medics, as logistics for the betterment of their country. The only time the Selective Service Act comes into play is during a Total War footing when an enemy invades or attacks Hutori; that is the time when all able bodied men and women are needed.
