Article I - Eligibility

i) The president of Beluzia is bound by the same rules of eligibility as other political office holders of Beluzia.

Article II - Appointment

i) The president of Beluzia is elected through a direct vote during a general election.
ii) This position will also be known as the Head of State.

Article III - Role of the President

i) The president of Beluzia is purely symbolic and ceremonial.
ii) This includes but is not restricted to; opening of buildings, launching special events and appeals, delivering addresses, visiting hospitals and schools and accepting ex-offcio responsibilities.
ii) The president of Beluzia does not control the military.

Article IV - Financing The Office

i) The office of presidency will have an allocation of money available to it for general function.
ii) This money will not exceed 500,000 bel
iii) All money used by the President of Beluzia is controlled by Congress through the budget process.

Article V - Removal

i) The president of Beluzia can be removed from office by a vote of 2/3rds of a FULL congress.
ii) If a president is removed from office he is ineligible to stand again for the presidency.
iii) Upon removal the president must resign his office and be replaced by nominated vice presidents described in the Government Procedure Act 4181.

Article VI - Accordance

i) This act shall be congruous with the Government Procedure Act 4181
