Details
Submitted by[?]: Republican Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 4426
Description[?]:
We believe that current legislation is not designed to in any way shape or form benefit agriculture in Lodamun, indeed current legislation would only serve to benefit inefficient and non-profitable agricultural practices. Therefore we propose that the government removes regulations that impose farm size. Successful farmers should be encouraged their grow their holdings, not threatened by the state with having their land seized. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The LLP believes that the current law is too strict. We however want the government to be able to take action against farms getting too large. We think that this should lay with the local governments. Zhong Lynn LLP MP on Agriculture |
Date | 21:03:18, July 16, 2018 CET | From | Liberal Progressives | To | Debating the Farm Size Act |
Message | Mr. Speaker, Both the Republican and the LLP ideas about this issue are things we can get behind. We do think the RP plan is the better of the two, but would support the LLP if this bill were to fail and they would introduce their proposal. Alice Reedfield, Shadow Minister of Food and Agriculture for the Liberal Progressives |

Message | Mr Speaker, We will likely put this to vote in its current form. If it fails then we will repropose a version that would devolve power, then at least the more economically progressive regions can move forwards. Thomas McDonald leader of the Republicans |
