| The Department of Foreign Affairs recently received the following invitation to join ODEN from Director Georgia Tass of ODEN-Kalistan. Gustav Kolbjoernsson, (Acting) Minister of Foreign Affairs "Dear Comrade Foreign Minister. My name is Georgia Tass. I am the director of the Organization of Drug Exporting Nations (ODEN)- Kalistan Branch. I would like to draw your attention to the ODEN III Treaty, which is located at http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=4152 I am currently looking to expand the Cartel's membership, and your nation's laws conform to the requirements of the Treaty, so I would like to offer you the opportunity to join. ODEN is a great source of revenue for your nation. Recently, Kalistan ODEM calculated that our operations bring in more than 2 trillion KRB (or 64.5 Billion LOD) into Kalistan's economy every year. When we expand, obviously these numbers will increase significantly.) ODEN is an important cartel. Whether you produce recreational or pharmaceutical drugs, member states of ODEN are not allowed to compete with your national countries in your sovereign territory. The goal is to set up a cartel where producers set price and quality standards for the world, while ensuring that we individually are protected from competition from both the black market and from cheap, lower quality knockoffs from independent producers and sellers.
