Bill: Devolved Justice Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Republican Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 4426

Description[?]:

We currently have both devolved and national police units, but this is not replicated in the courts which operate on a national basis. The Republican Party believes that we should create a level of courts at the regional level in order to mirror law enforcement. There will need to be discussions in the Interior and Justice Ministries to confirm what cases should be heard in the regional and the national courts.
